We will send 300 copies of the survey sheets to your facility.
The staff member in charge will visit your facility (we can visit any location countrywide) and instruct the receptionists on how to request and collect surveys from your patients while also emphasizing the significance of the surveys. After that, begin collecting the surveys at a suitable time. (Once you have finished the 300 sheets, please contact us at any time and we will send you more.)
Once we receive the completed surveys from the patients (all postage costs are already paid for by the clinic), our staff will open, read, and enter the patients’ comments into the computer. Everything will then be scanned and uploaded publicly onto the appropriate websites.
We will provide regular feedback on how to improve your facility. Additionally, the decision on whether to publish patients’ opinions on how to improve your clinic lies with you. (There is a higher chance that more customers will feel more inclined to visit your clinic if you publish the points of improvement for your clinic)
